Hospitality · Clienteling · Retention
What it is
Vanta is a clienteling control center for high-end hospitality organizations. It connects metal access cards, signed VIP links, verified requests, and retention signals in private recognition infrastructure for premium venues.
The system is designed to help venue teams recognize and serve returning guests with less friction.
My role
I built the product experience and core workflows for the Vanta control center.
My work covered the interfaces used to manage recognition, signed access, verified requests, and retention signals.
Technical architecture
- Frontend
- Venue-facing clienteling control center
- Backend
- APIs for recognition, signed links, and verified requests
- Database
- Guest, venue, access, request, and retention records
- Infrastructure
- Private deployed application infrastructure
- AI / services
- Signed-link and recognition services; no public AI dependency
Interesting engineering problems
- Designing signed VIP links that remain convenient while limiting unauthorized access.
- Modeling recognition and retention signals without turning the product into a noisy CRM.
- Making verified requests clear and auditable for hospitality teams working quickly.
Results
